Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful marinade.

Add the cut chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them in the garlic butter mixture until well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak in all those yummy flavors.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the marinated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded for even cooking.

Cook the chicken bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they're evenly crispy.

Once golden brown and cooked through, carefully remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an extra zesty kick.
