8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp Dijon mustard

12 oz sliced turkey breast

1 large apple, thinly sliced (preferably a tart variety like Granny Smith)

1 cup baby spinach leaves

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling
