10 chicken drumsticks

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for even cooking.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      Season the Drumsticks: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

        Marinate the Chicken: Place the drumsticks in a large bowl or zip-top bag. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken and toss until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes while the oven heats up.
