Cheesy Chili Chicken Nacho Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup canned chili (with or without beans, your choice)

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, nacho cheese sauce, canned chili, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    Heat the Mixture: Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally, allowing the cheese to melt and the mixture to heat through for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges. Sprinkle a generous handful of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

        Add Toppings: If desired, add a few slices of pickled jalapeños for a spicy kick.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
