Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dressing is smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to enhance flavor.

If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little more buttermilk to reach your desired consistency.

Transfer the dressing to a resealable container or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Shake or stir well before serving. Drizzle over salads, use as a dip for veggies, or slather on sandwiches for an extra creamy kick!
