1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Green Beans: Rinse the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

    Set Up the Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, prepare your dredging stations.

      - In the first bowl, add the all-purpose flour and season with salt and pepper.

        - In the second bowl, beat the eggs, adding a pinch of salt.

          - In the third bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and mix well.

            Bread the Green Beans: Take a green bean and dip it into the flour mixture, coating it evenly. Shake off any excess flour.

              - Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.

                  Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure a crispy finish.

                    Air Fry the Green Bean Fries: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange the breaded green bean fries in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking. Lightly spray the tops of the green beans with olive oil spray.

                      Cook the Fries: Air fry the green bean fries at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them towards the end to prevent burning.
