4 medium-sized russet potatoes, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potatoes:

    - Start by peeling and dicing the russet potatoes into small cubes (about ½-inch).

      Season the Potatoes:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.

          Air Fry the Potatoes:

            - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
