For the Chicken Tenders:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Oil for frying

For the Honey Mustard Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate Chicken:

    In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips with buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure chicken is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for best results).

      Prepare Breading:

        In one shallow dish, place the flour. In another shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs with oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

          Bread the Chicken:

            Remove chicken from the marinade. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere the breadcrumbs.
