Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes to remove any dirt. Leave the skin on for added texture. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges, depending on the thickness you prefer.

      Season the Wedges: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until they are evenly coated.

        Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss again to ensure they are well coated with cheese.

          Arrange on Baking Sheet: Lay the potato wedges out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure there is some space between each wedge for optimal crispiness.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through. Bake until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

              Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the potato wedges from the oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for color and additional flavor. Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy!
