Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced prosciutto

1 cup diced pepperoni

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the meats: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until the meats are slightly crispy.

Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed meats, cherry tomatoes, black olives, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Assemble the bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy your creamy, cheesy slice of charcuterie goodness!
