Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

Prep the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into thick rounds, about 1 inch wide.

Layer with Peanut Butter: On half of the banana slices, spread a generous dollop of creamy peanut butter. Place another banana slice on top of each to create banana sandwiches.

Freeze the Sandwiches: Arrange the banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 1-2 hours, or until solid.

Prepare the Chocolate Coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Dip the Frozen Bites: Remove the frozen banana sandwiches from the freezer. One at a time, dip each sandwich in the melted chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off before returning to the baking sheet.

Add Some Crunch: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts and a pinch of sea salt on top of each bite for added texture and flavor.

Final Freeze: Place the baking sheet back in the freezer for another 30 minutes to 1 hour until the chocolate is set.

Serve & Enjoy: Once the chocolate is hardened, remove the Frozen Banana Snickers Bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a deliciously creamy treat!
