Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

1 cup fresh blueberries (washed and dried)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or granola

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.

Using a small spoon or a piping bag, drop small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for about 1 inch in diameter.

Press a fresh blueberry gently into the center of each yogurt dollop, ensuring it's partially submerged.

If desired, sprinkle your choice of optional toppings over the yogurt drops for added texture and flavor.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 2-3 hours or until the drops are completely solid.

Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt drops from the parchment paper and transfer them to a resealable freezer bag or an airtight container for storage.

Enjoy a refreshing snack straight from the freezer, or let them sit at room temperature for a minute or two for a softer texture!
