2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

A pinch of sea salt

Chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts) for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Apples: Wash and core the apples. Slice them into thin, uniform rounds (about 1/8 inch thick). You can leave the skin on for added texture and nutrients.

    Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well until it’s smooth and fully blended.

      Coat the Apple Slices: Dip each apple slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that both sides are well-coated. Place the coated apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
