2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend the Cherries: In a blender or food processor, combine the cherries, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, leaving a few small chunks of cherries for texture if desired.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Stir well to distribute the chia seeds evenly.

      Combine Mixtures: Pour the cherry mixture into the yogurt mixture and gently fold until well combined. Be careful not to overmix; you want to see swirls of cherry throughout.

        Prepare the Molds: Carefully spoon the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

          Insert Sticks: If your molds require sticks, insert them now. If they don't, simply freeze the pops without sticks.

            Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
