Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (if using frozen, thaw and drain excess liquid)

1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), chopped

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining the baking sheet

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the cranberries and chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.

Form the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters. Leave some space between the clusters as they may expand slightly while freezing.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet into the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve and Store: Once fully frozen, remove them from the baking sheet and transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy. Serve them straight from the freezer for a refreshing treat.
