Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut milk (optional, for creaminess)

Fresh fruit slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: If using whole berries, rinse them under cool water and gently pat dry. If using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into smaller pieces.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and coconut milk (if using). Blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, reserve some berries to fold in later.

Taste Test: Give the mixture a quick taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.

Fill the Molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion. If you reserved some berries, sprinkle them at the bottom of the molds or fold them into the mixture before pouring.

Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks in the center of each mold. If they do not stay upright, you can freeze them for 1-2 hours until partially set and then insert the sticks.

Freeze: Freeze the pops for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are fully solidified.

Unmold and Serve: To remove the pops, briefly run the molds under warm water or dip them in a bowl of warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull the pops out and serve immediately. You can garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired.
