1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder until thoroughly mixed.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a teaspoon of water or almond milk at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
