Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1/2 cup prosciutto, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh arugula for topping (optional)

Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with a pinch of sea salt and half of the rosemary. Spread the seasoned ricotta evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta layer.

Arrange the thinly sliced peaches over the cheese, followed by the prosciutto pieces.

Drizzle the honey and olive oil evenly across the pizza. Sprinkle the remaining rosemary on top and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

If you’re using a pizza stone, carefully slide the pizza onto the hot stone. If using a baking sheet, place it in the oven directly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Once out of the oven, allow to cool for a few moments. Optionally, top with fresh arugula and drizzle balsamic glaze before slicing.

Serve immediately, and enjoy your Peachy Summer Delight Pizza warm!
