Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

8 oz thinly sliced roast beef

1 cup bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced

1 cup onion, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin to make them easier to fill.

Fill the Biscuits: On the flattened biscuit, layer about 2-3 slices of roast beef, a generous spoonful of the sautéed onion and bell pepper mixture, and then top it off with a sprinkle of provolone cheese.

Seal the Biscuits: Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to encase it completely. Pinch the seams to seal. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your Mini Cheesesteak Biscuit Bakes warm!
