4 large eggs

1 small red chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
