1 cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir in the Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.

    Roll Out the Dough: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

      Add Fillings: Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, chopped bell peppers, spinach, black olives, and dried oregano over the sauce.

        Roll It Up: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal the roll.

          Cut the Rolls: Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces. Place the pizza rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut side up.

            Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil to promote golden browning.

              Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
