1 cup granola (your choice – almond, honey, or coconut)

1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
