1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors, sliced)

1 cup snap peas

1 medium carrot (julienned)

1 small zucchini (sliced into half-moons)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1-inch piece of ginger (grated)

¼ cup teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 green onion (sliced, for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Veggies: Wash and chop all the vegetables as indicated in the ingredients list.

    Heat the Oil: In a large wok or non-stick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

      Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
