2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon honey (optional for added sweetness)

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes (if you prefer) and cut them into wedges. Aim for uniform thickness (about 1 inch) to ensure even cooking.

      Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. If you’re using honey, add it here as well. Mix everything until it's well combined.

        Coat the Sweet Potatoes: Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they’re evenly coated.
