4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 oz sliced turkey breast

1 large apple, thinly sliced (Pink Lady or Honeycrisp work well)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 cup baby spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and honey (if using) until well blended. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture across the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.

      Layer the Ingredients: Arrange the sliced turkey evenly over the cream cheese layer. Next, add a layer of thin apple slices on top of the turkey, followed by a handful of baby spinach leaves. If you’re using walnuts, sprinkle them evenly over the spinach.

        Roll the Tortilla: Starting from one end, carefully and tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape. Make sure to keep the filling intact as you roll.

          Slice into Pinwheels: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into 1-inch sections. You should get about 8-10 pinwheels from each wrap.
